Shipping FAQ

Custom Delivery Date

As corals are live animals, we want to give you the option to decide when the corals will be sent out for delivery so that you can receive your order at a time that’s most convenient for you. We offer same-day shipping if an order is placed before noon, if the order is placed in the afternoon the earliest date will be the next working day. We ship corals Mondays-Thursdays (excluding public holidays).

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup as a delivery option, you may come to our offices during working hours (Monday – Thursday, 11am-6pm) to pick up your order yourself. There is no charge for this delivery method! You may see our address here

Gogovan/Lalamove

We can also organize delivery for you. We can order a Gogovan or Lalamove to deliver the order to your door, if you choose this option you will be expected to pay the shipping fee when the package is handed over to you by the courier

Self-organised delivery

If you would like the order delivered to you but you would prefer to organise the courier yourself, select this option. Make sure to give the courier the order number, your name or your address so that we can match the correct order.

DOA/Return policy

If the corals arrive to you dead or broken, please take a photo of them still in the bag and send it to us at info[at]exotic-aqua.com. We can then either send you a replacement or process a refund.
